Founder and CEO
Benn is a multi-sector founder and technology leader with a proven track
record of building scalable, system-driven businesses across compliance,
professional services, care, and manufacturing. Drawing on years of experience
running regulated organisations and transforming manual processes into
efficient, repeatable workflows, Benn created Clear Assure to redefine how
modern organisations manage compliance. His experience, as founder of Moore
ClearComm, a global Data Privacy, Cyber Security and IT Assurance firm within
the Moore Global network, gave him deep insight into the challenges businesses
face when navigating complex regulations at scale.
Clear Assure is the result of that expertise: a next-generation platform that
blends AI, automation, and expert oversight to deliver fast, accurate, and
accountable compliance across Data Protection, Penetration Testing
Management, and wider regulatory frameworks. Known for building strong
operational systems and creating high-performing, recurring-revenue models,
Benn brings rare cross-industry insight to the compliance technology space.
He is driven by a mission to help organisations of every size get compliant, stay
compliant, and build trust through intelligent, technology-led governance.
Chief Reveue Officer
Adam is an accomplished revenue and growth leader with a decade of
experience in Data Protection, Cyber Security, and privacy-led technology
services. As Chief Revenue Officer at Clear Assure, Adam leads the company’s
commercial strategy, drawing on his proven track record of helping
organisations strengthen trust, demonstrate accountability, and adopt smarter,
scalable compliance solutions. His work at Bruce & Butler, where he headed
Business Development for five years, saw him support clients across the UK and
internationally to meet complex legal obligations while reducing exposure to
information risk through modern monitoring and remediation measures.
Before joining Clear Assure, Adam spent several years in senior commercial roles
at Data Protection People, where he played a core part in expanding the firm’s
customer base and establishing its position in a rapidly evolving privacy market.
Known for his ability to build strong client relationships, develop new sectors,
and deliver high-impact commercial strategies, Adam brings a
customer-focused, results-driven mindset to Clear Assure’s mission. His deep
understanding of real-world compliance challenges and his leadership in
revenue growth ensure Clear Assure delivers trusted, market-leading solutions
for organisations of all sizes..
